This is not an official application for financial consideration. This form is to express interest in potential support from the DVC Scholarship Foundation for the 2026–2027 school year. Priority will be given to students entering Kindergarten, 1st Grade, and 8th Grade.
Note: Both the current and prospective schools must be located within the state of Alabama.
